This is a part-time position with a work schedule of

Thursday and Friday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9 am – 1 pm,

and occasional fill-in days when Manager is scheduled out of office.

Beginning Salary: $14 -$16 per hour

Benefits: 4 sick days, 5 holidays per year and one 20 hour week vacation after 1 year.


The successful candidate will provide general office and clerical support to the Central Office Manager.  They will also be responsible for customer service for the bookstore, including operations of the cash register and reconciliation of sales deposits.  Assist in training of phone volunteers and fill on phones when necessary. This position requires a working knowledge of Windows based computers, software’s used: QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.  Good organizational skills are required, along with a strong emphasis on customer service, data entry and attention to detail. There is some lifting of boxes required and janitorial duties.
